Natural Handwoven Basket

Handwoven basket made by women in the North of Ghana from around Bolgatana. Each one is totally unique and absolutely beautiful! 


They are made with straw dipped in Batik dye, making some amazing patterns and colours.

These baskets are so versatile, use for storing toys, shopping, foraging, picnics and they make perfect gifts or hamper baskets.

Size varies, you can get an idea of the sizes of these by swiping through the photos. My daughter is 4 years old in these pics.

When you receive your basket it may be slightly misshapen due to how they are posted. Just simply soak the basket in water for 1/2 mins and then you will be able to easily it reshape and dry completely.
